CDIs are free product checks by HP ACF experts, offering an effective way to spot and avoid counterfeit printing supplies in large purchases and tenders. CDIs are a non-binding invitation by HP, available in select countries only and primarily intended for public-sector and enterprise customers. They are provided at no cost to the customer.
